Prices, availability, and specifications for each project are subject to change without notice until a deposit has been received and a reservation confirmed in writing. Images used on this site, including project photography, are representative and may not depict the exact plot allocated.
Payment plans of up to 10 months are offered at the company's discretion and are confirmed in a written agreement specific to each buyer. Missed payments should be communicated promptly; continued non-payment without communication may affect a buyer's reservation as set out in the specific sale agreement.
Title deed processing begins upon full and confirmed payment. While the company targets a 30-day processing window, timelines can be affected by external processes at government land registries beyond the company's control.
Free site visits are offered subject to scheduling availability. Transport is provided by the company; personal belongings and conduct during a site visit remain the responsibility of the visitor.
Refund conditions for deposits or installments are governed by the specific written sale agreement signed for each plot, not by this general website content.
SNM Real Estate is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.
