We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, schedule site visits, process payment plans and title deed transfers for confirmed buyers, and send occasional project updates if you've subscribed to our newsletter.
Forms on this website open a pre-filled WhatsApp message on your device. Sending that message shares your phone number and message content with SNM Real Estate directly through WhatsApp; it is not stored on this website's servers, as this site has no backend database.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Information is shared only where necessary to complete a land transaction — for example, with advocates or land registries involved in processing your title deed.
We take reasonable steps to protect information shared with us, but no method of transmission over the internet or WhatsApp is completely secure.
You may ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to any information we are legally required to retain (such as records relating to a completed land purchase).
